My son Anders loves this band and wanted their CD for his 17th birthday, love you little man. This one's for you buddy! Side note, not gonna lie this is really good. Wasn't my cup of tea but for my children I'll open my mind to something new and it just happens I wound up enjoying Moveys a lot.

Slumberland is that friend who you don't see every week, and often forget to call, but when you see them, they buy you a shot of Fernet at the bar & tell you a funny story you forgot about, reminding you why you liked that person in the first place. Failed Flowers is that shot of Fernet, and that story rolled up into a night out at the bar. Punkish jangle pop with clever songwriting and a penchant for recalling every band I've ever heard on Slumberland, yet none that I can finger specifically.

Glorious Dreampop shoe-gazed melodies by Austin married Couples Carmona & Soto. Blushing reminds of another famous 4AD band minus the B & -ing in the namesake. All Trax on this release are "lush" with female blissed out harmonies. "Weak" & "Hidden Places" are standouts. Shimmering Guitar work to boot.
